The drive-thru employee was friendly and helpful, but management completely ruined the experience. We left and immediately realized our Mexican Pizza was missing. When we came back, instead of simply fixing their mistake, we were asked to open our bag, had the bag checked, and were asked to provide our receipt while management questioned everything from the back as if we were trying to scam a Mexican Pizza. Give the girl that works the grave yard shift a promotion, I understand it’s difficult working drive thru at 1:30 am but the girl really was optimistic and friendly all through out the transaction. Someone who truly loves doing their job
