I order a box i try to substitute the cinnamon to the chips first he said i have to $1 extra I said ok is fine he ended charging me like regular chips and cheese he was just lying to me he couldn’t do this and that and then he wanted to keep my receipt he was asking for the receipt don’t make sense why he wanted to kept my receipt his name is keionna D
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here is incredibly rude, refusing to take orders and acting like customers are a burden. If you don’t want to work here, don’t take it out on paying customers. On top of that, the food was disgusting—cold, dirty, and completely inedible. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. I encourage everyone to avoid Taco Bell and spend their money elsewhere.
Whoever works after midnight needs a raise. Fast service and all well done!
