They have an automated ordering system. Picked up on extra words and put additional item on my order. Then after telling the system I didn't order the unwanted item, it didn't understand me. But when I arrived at the window, the REAL PERSON had corrected the order. YES to the real person!! NO to the automated system, still needs some work. But I love the idea.
Hate the new ai. Got things wrong. Then I get to the window to straighten it out and the guy doesn’t have what I ordered and then tried to upcharge me for what they had. Crazy.
