Horrible staff and service. They look, act and speak like they hate their job. Back after 7 years, the staff seems better but service is still awful. The portions seem way smaller than other locations. The food has a horrible taste to it, compared to other locations but what would you expect from a place that gives you your food through an opening on a bullet proof glass.
Cashier needs customer service training. She acts like she doesn't want to work.

Absolutely unacceptable. I paid $50 for this order through Uber Eats and received chicken that was falling apart, so wet and soggy, and had pieces that clearly had bites taken out of them. That is beyond disgusting. It’s a serious food safety issue and they deserve to have the health department called on them. There is no excuse for food leaving the kitchen in that condition.
