Holy moly, I didn’t realize there was a beef and bean and cheese shortage! Thanks for the lettuce and sour cream on tortillas!
The guy working the drive thru was very rude and he literally threw our sauce at us. Not to mention I ordered through the app and was last to get my food on purpose. The food wasn't all that either.
Was craving some tacos the other day and we passed by this branch of Taco Bell. Went inside and the ambiance of the place was really great and inviting. The staff was friendly, the cashier took my order quickly and fast, and the food was processed in just minutes and was served hot. Definitely surprised at how a casual craving made my day. Definitely would stop by again soon
I’ve been going here since before the remodel because I work nearby at Metro… I order online most of the time by the name, Dez .. today I received five star service. I didn’t catch the manager’s name. But was there from 1:18 to 1:23 PM. … that’s about the time that I went through the drive-thru … There was a problem with their rice, but she made it right and helped sub my order for the inconvenience , ever since I’ve been coming to this location I have seen customers and people treat these hard-working individuals horribly ... read more
The night staff doesn't provide good service. I wanted to order an advertised combo meal, and when I went to order it, they told me they didn't have it that way, and that if I wanted to change anything, it would cost me more. That's not the way to provide service. Once before, I ordered a box, and they gave me everything in a bag, and it got mixed up with other orders. I only found out they didn't have boxes when I asked. They clearly need a lot more customer service training.
