ordered online pickup like last week., sweet girl in the drive thru gave us our order. The food was so good and fresh. OUR CHALUPAS WERE CRISPY!!!!! Best taco bell we’ve ever had. i can’t stop thinking abt it.
The customer service was very poor. There was a line in the drive thru that was not moving so I came inside and see the person at the window is on her phone and not taking orders then when the customer said something they said yes go ahead and had attitude to the customer. While I’m standing there no one to take order and was not pointed to kiosk to place order until after 5 mins and asking for assistance.
Wanted to update this review from negative to positive. In the past 6 months this location has significantly improved . Thank you as now I visit often and the experience continues to be a good one. Please keep up the great work and thank you for also preparing our food exactly how we order it via your app. Keep up the great work. 💪🏻
