I get there are new hires and training takes time but when the app says my order was done 10 minutes ago and I walk in and proceed to wait 15 more minutes if unacceptable I would not eat at this Taco Bell
This Taco Bell is absolutely vile. We got the $7 meal pack and every single thing in it was disgusting. The food was dry and stale and tasted like it had been sitting around for days. The chalupa was so hard it crunched like a cracker. Nothing about it was fresh. To make it worse, my dad bit into something bitter in his chalupa and genuinely thought it was a bug.
