Jayla provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and made sure everything in my order was correct. She paid close attention to the details, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience quick and pleasant. It’s clear she cares about doing a good job and making customers feel welcomed. Employees like Jayla make a real difference, and I hope she’s recognized for her hard work.
I ordered a Power Bowl with steak and paid extra for the steak upgrade, only to discover when I got home that it was made with chicken instead. That alone was disappointing, but the food quality was even worse. The rice was clearly overcooked and mushy, with numerous hard, burnt grains mixed throughout.
