Never ever go there.. Multiple reasons. 1. Access to bathroom was restricted. I had to wait long time to talk to a person to get access. There was only one girl, she was busy handling drive through and didn't had chance to even consider me. 2. The fountain was turned off, I was given my drinks cup and not attended. Again I have to wait long time for the girl to come to the desk and turn the fountain ON. I have never seen any store that turns off the fountain. I had a very disappointing experience at this location while picking up a delivery order. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front counter to assist me. After waiting several minutes with no acknowledgment, I was forced to call out to the back, where employees were clearly visible. Instead of offering professional assistance, they responded in a rude and dismissive manner. The food was good. The app was a Messi. I could Not redeem my rewards ir change my payment method.
I was ordering at the drive through. And they said, hold on a minute and never came back. I waited for twenty minutes and finally left and all the employees were hanging out in the parking lot. Worst experience. Fire the manager.
