Ordered a little over 20 dollars worth of food. Order number in front of me got called and I moved to the side so the man (whom was white) could grab his order. My order number got called by an older white man (mind you I’m hispanic) I went to go grab my food and he said he needed to see my receipt.. I said you don’t believe me ? They took 20 minutes to make a small order, put cheese in my no cheese order, then argued about the extra lettuce and tomato I had ordered. The rudest person ever! No need for that behavior. I eat TB once a week.
I stopped here while I was Christmas shopping at Westfarms Mall. The young man (Ketan) that was working the cash register was pleasant and friendly. I had my usual Bean Burrito. It took some time to get it, but this was a great example of how a Bean Burrito should be made. It was hot and fresh & very well done ratio wise. It is a little more expensive here in comparison with most Taco Bell restaurants, but it is in a mall so it is expected.
