Hooksett NH location Day shift is friendly and gives good service, night shift is another story. On the night of April 8th my husband and I went through the drive through and we were shorted an order of nacho fries. We weren't offered a receipt so I had nothing to reference when I filled out the complaint to get my money back for the fries. Ordered multiple times here. Almost every time they completely mess up the food. And when contacted they hang up on you. I'd recommend ordering from literally anywhere else.

Does anyone actually work or are they paid to ignore customers and stand around on their phones. They mess up veggy only orders all the time, there used to be a girl there with a mask and the Spanish woman they were the only two to actually make food and cash out customers id always see them work alone while everyone else stood around. They probably left due to how bad this store is. You need more employees who care about customers and fire these people who do nothing and get mad customers come in
