Too many disrespectful young adults always smoking in the lobby. You need a security guard in the lobby to ensure it's not a hangout spot & to allow customers to order & possibly peacefully sit at tables instead of getting smoked out of the building, not to mention the loud music.
The spanish cashiers are really good and always ready with my mobile order, the others are really hit or miss. Food has never once been bad and has been up to par with expectations.
It's unfortunate restaurants in this neighborhood cannot afford security or male cashiers/managers on duty (with Bass in their voice, moving folks along) other than the 2 cooks and one cashier who were timid to control the atmosphere, the usual teens playing music, loud convo, ordered food as they hung out.
