It took someone a while to come take out order. All were in back helping with getting food in bags. This location is not clean. There were gnats EVERYWHERE so we did not continue our dine-in moment. The restroom was super hot and directly across from the opening to the cashier/cook area and that door was open. Yeah no bueno Staff has an attitude, chicken is dry and nasty. No bueno
As I was biting onto my food, I noticed something off. I get it off my mouth and found a piece of plastic inside. I called and spoke to the manager. After explaining- she said “I don’t know how that can happen (in a defensive manner), well I wouldn’t know either I responded. son las 3:30 Paso por DT pido la especial de $7 Box Feas me contestan bien feo no saludan no dan la bienvenida bueno me toman la orden y luego dicen que pase a la ventana llego a la ventana la persona que me atendió se llama Dominique a lo mejor no puede hablar nunca dio la bienvenida ni saludo ni dijo gracias nunca habló luego cuando voy a comer el pollo estaba viejo seco y frío y tampoco me dio recibo y entonces como reclamo espero lean este mensaje
