Online pickup process is a nightmare. Wait for hours and I'll tell you that somebody else has taken the food. I see employees walking out at close time with bags of food that were for my customer. Interesting
Very slow
Must be new management or employees quality has gone downhill in the last few months. WAY Smaller portions but one of the highest priced Taco Bell locations.. and if you order on DoorDash prepare for items to be missing from your order every time. They seal the bags so the items are missing before it leaves the store!
