Ordered food last week and they forgot items, called and was told by Carlos the manager that he would give me a credit for the next order and to just walk in and ask for it. Today I placed a $10 order and I tried to get the item that they forgot with the “credit” and the employees wouldn’t honor it and were arguing with us… this is really weird behavior… all over some nacho fries lol.
Food barely passes as edible. No longer like it once was a decade ago or even yrs ago. Just keeps getting worse but keeps costing more. Nothing looks like pics on menu boards or commercials!
