Came in asking for 3 large waters, one of the workers didn't know what to charge, so the manager Rome didn't charge us. That was very nice, because the hotel we were staying at was out of water. Came back later to order some food. The staff was very courteous, patient, and respectful. Asked if I wanted another water while I waited for the food. Bug shout out to Frankie. He communicated with every customer very well. The store was very clean. Good atmosphere
I typically have no issue with this taco bell, order is 99% of the time correct and the wait is never too bad. My only complaint is that about half the time I want to eat in the lobby I can't, because it smells so awful it kills my appetite. I'm not sure if it's the large number of homeless individuals who frequent the lobby, or maybe the floor drains? It really does smell repulsive in there alot of the time. Would be great if they addressed this issue.
