I asked three times to make sure my beef was substituted with potatoes but they still gave me beef. Tried calling - no answer

Waited In the drive through almost half an hour with only a few cars ahead of me. Unacceptable.
Stand up customer service after running into a little issue on a delivery, appreciate the help and the food is always great!
What I paid for versus what I got. They messed up my ish TWICE. I’m not one to complain but this is my lunch time and I work hard in the sun for 10 hours a day and would like my food to be right! This is a slap to my face and false advertisement if this is what I was served!
