The AI in the Taco Bell drive-thru is absolutely terrible. I hate using it. And when I try to refuse to use it the staff literally admonishes me for not using it and then explains to me how to use it properly even though I've already tried what they told me to do. I stopped eating at Taco Bell for this reason a long time ago but I was still accepting doordash orders when I was doordashing. I went in to get a 5 item order and was treated with the absolute best service best quality food and fast wait time the ai voice was super nice and respectful!!!
I love this location. Everytime I am there to eat i get my food within minutes and it has always been correct. 10/10 would recommend!
I placed my ordered for mobile pickup because i was hauling cows and needed a quick stop without going through the drive through. I drove over and when i walked up the sidewalk was under construction, the door said drive thru only. I couldn’t go through it with a trailer on obviously so i tried to still enter through the side door because 1. i already paid for the order and it was ready 2. the app did not inform me the lobby was closed.
