I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO PRESTON. When lazy crew members didn’t want to help me place my order at the counter he stepped in like a true professional and helped me eagerly. All the staff need to be talked to immediately! When I tried to use the kiosk it didn’t work. So I asked if someone could help place my order. One of the ladies said: “Use the other kiosk, we are busy!” I told her that is unprofessional and that I don’t have to use the kiosk if I don’t want to.
