The young man who took our order was outstanding—very friendly, polite, and always smiling. He made us feel welcome, and his customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience with the store manager was quite different. We accidentally ordered two tacos with a sauce we don’t like and realized it almost immediately, so we let the cashier know. I really hope this person is new that was helping us at 8:00Pm at the window. We asked for two of the 1.99 tacos with nothing on it. She then said $6!! She gave us the receipt and she charged us for the wrong thing. And then told us “it’s the same thing just upgraded.” I literally had to go on the Taco Bell website and show her a picture of which one we wanted. For two tacos it took us over 9 minutes trying to get two freaking $1.99 tacos at the window. Unacceptable. Do better.
