This Taco Bell has really poor service and no attention to detail. Every time I go there there is something wrong with my order nearly every time I go. I understand mistakes can happen but when it’s almost every time it becomes a problem. I have talked to many others and they have experienced the same issues. If West is in the building I do not mind ordering my food. Any other time I order there is a mistake with my order. I do not eat meat so I am very specific about replacing it with black beans. Unfortunately everyone doesn't read the boards the same so I always end up with meat in my food. This makes me so unhappy.
