I ordered one nachos with extra beef and of course they put a very small amount of beef and barely put any she's on my nachos so it was basically all chips, they forgot all the sauces I ordered and with my soft taco I said light lettuce and of course it was filled with lettuce
Without a doubt the absolute most poorly managed store.. Manager looks completely lost and hoping things work out...line is out the door ..this place is pathetic.. I would like to update that this location has exceeded expectations to be even more pathetic than the last time I went here...closed at 11... supposed to be open til 1...Taco Bell... outstanding ..close this location...want to give a new update...went here again...still is terrible... terrible because no word can describe how bad this place is....the staff does no... read more
Did an online order. They literally did not put half the items.
They told us they were out of the chicken nuggets, baja blast freeze, and apparently something for some other guys order. It was our first time going to taco bell so we dont know the menu well. When we asked what we could replace the nuggets with, lady responded with “idk, you tell me.” We could see the entire team laughing standing still doing nothing. Bad management that doesnt keep items in stock, poorly trained workers with terrible attitude.
