We went through the drive-thru this evening after a soccer game. We were able to quickly place our order but had to wait about 20 minutes in line to get our food. Our order was accurate and delicious but the weight was a little ridiculous.
Absolutely disgusting and the employees openly post it on social media. (Posting a tutorial for a burrito they MADE WRONG??)

Thee worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Feel free to stop in if you love being seen by all the employees and completely ignored for half an hour. I know you're busy but you could at least say something, anything, a simple I'll be with you in a few or something. Nope. Just looked at multiple times and completely ignored like I was just a piece of furniture.
