Ordered at drive thru, checked order before left lot because was traveling. food not right missing several items, then when went into store to get corrected was told by women up front I ordered wrong. even though she informed me she didn't care what the online menu said. So demanded money back and she was very rude about it went to get someone else because " not dealing with this".
The worst customer service. Night Manager claimed to be the gm was rude to his staff and the customers. I dont know if it was his first night or what. He could not print receipts. He couldn't verify orders. I had to show card statement to get food it was so unorganized. He got mad at customer cursing and yelling. I do not recommend Hampton needs to do better. Taco Bell needs to do better.
Food is sloppy , cold drive through person Attitude sucks this is not the first time I get cold food that simply looks distasteful and is!
Staff rude. Manger rude. Disrespectful and doesn’t curve specific times
