Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming and happy to help. They forgot my order once and were happy to make up for it and made it know I wasn't being a bother.
I don't know what it is about fast food places, but lately for the price I pay, can there be food inside the food I order? My crunchwrap barely contained meat, wasn't properly wrapped and barely warm to eat. When there is NOONE else inside or in the drive thru, can someone please take an extra three seconds to make the wrap like in the commercial? Spread the beef evenly over the hardshell, add the lettuce, tomato and cheese and then carefully wrap it to ensure NOTHING falls out. Thank you.
I waited 20min to get my food. They clearly need new management. The workers are moving slow and everyone is not working behind the counter.This is unacceptable
$6 for a Gordian crunch with almost no chicken was disappointing, especially when paid extra. Also forgot to put taco sauce in bag. Tostada was delicious & other food was good.
