service is horrible at this location, I sat in the drive through window for 20 minutes & they just kept staring at me and instead of communicating with me, they told me after 20 minutes that there weren’t any nacho fries left & didn’t even refund me. Do not come here.
Food takes incredibly long to arrive
We went to the drive thru and the service was spectacular. She took great care with our order and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Will definitely return to this location in Rocky Hill CT.
