It's fast food whenever you're in a hurry
I am absolutely outraged by the appalling service I received at the Taco Bell located at 2624 Brodhead Rd, Aliquippa, PA on March 6, 2025, at 9:25 PM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, the male employee pretended to take my order but then acted as if he couldn’t hear me. It was as though he was trying to make a joke out of my attempt to simply place an order. This behavior was completely unprofessional, childish, and unacceptable. I wont be back thats for sure.
Went there to get dinner today was just an off day for our house. They were out of boxes but we didnt mind because having the boxes were added inconvenience when we have them. As soon as we sit down to eat we noticed that we were missing something from our order. which happens, not the biggest issue in the world however, when I called I was greeted by a wonderful woman who was more than happy to get our missing items to us.
