Went through the drive through 08/09/2026 at 2:15 pm. Lady at drive through was very impatient and rude. At the window she slammed the food in my face and then slammed the window shut. Food was spilled in the bag. Called the store to inform the manager of the employees behavior and the food being spilled he seamed to care less “I’m in the back there’s nothing I can do” he offered to remake food but I’m good on that. I’ll just voice my experience here and never go to that location again.
Drive thru guy was friendly and quick.
They made the food wrong, which is fine. When asked to remake it, the staff said we were lying and when shown the food, they did correct it but no apology for the issue, no correction on the attitude, just very poorly made food inreturn served with a attitude and a prompt walk away from the counter. Very disappointing fast food experience. Won't visit the specific location again.
