Ordered food but was blasting music through the drive through and gave me the wrong order probably due to that, and when I call they do not pick up. Not cool I want my refund but until then this will do

Without fail, this taco bell location actually fills my order accurately 20% of the time and that's not an exaggeration. I don't understand what's so hard about math and reading the ticket. Ordered 2 cravings combos on the app, when I showed up to get out, my drinks weren't there nor the chips and cheese. I wish there was a closer location I could go to.....
