This by far is the worst taco bell that I have ever been to. Rather than the people taking orders are even having any type of communication with customers, they'd rather use the ai. I placed an order and the AI literally just kept going adding items today to my order. That I did not request. And after twenty minutes, I was actually able to get to the window. Worst and always missing orders when you order online. Never going back to this messy place
Ordered a couple burritos today sometime between 2-3. There was like one other person in the lobby and I did not see many cars in the drive thru. I requested extra meat on my burritos and I can guarantee despite paying extra it was not done so. Shame on them. I go often here so I’m surprised that happened today. I will likely swing by on some other occasion, If it does again I’ll just leave another review over it.
