If I could give zero stars I’d do it. I came in the drive thru and then they said they only have cash. Same thing happened to the lady in front of me. Which is fine, I understand things happen, that’s not why I was upset. I heard the way they talked to the lady in front of me and it was HORRIBLE after she wasted 20 minutes in a line where you can’t even get food. Now this is where it gets juicy…. Robert the supervisor is clearly unfit to manage. He got extremely triggered that I wanted his name so I could know who I needed to complain about. He didn't want to come to the window to address my issues and yelled at me. Picture a man who lives in his mom's basement and she cut off the Internet during a call of duty game, that was Robert!! I hope the teens he supervises don't think that behavior is how real grown ups act.
