I ordered via the drive thru at the 1603 E Pembroke Ave. I ordered nacho fries with cheese and 4 piece tenders with spicy ranch and I said “from the Taco Bell side” in the speaker. The lady in the speaker, a white woman with glasses asked if I wanted to round up my $10.99 total and I said yes so I paid $11. I sat at the window as the only person in the drive thru for about 30 seconds and the woman asked me to pulled around and she would bring it all out. Workers always make you pull around to the parking lot when going through the drive thru and my chips tasted like bleach. They must never change the oil..
sept 17 8pm Drive through worker was extremely rude when I said my order and told me to go eat somewhere else. Don’t have to tell me twice. I’ve always had issues with this establishment, especially regarding customer service or long wait times for food prep.
