Visited the drive-thru at this location and was met with unprofessional, unknowledgeable service and a rude, standoffish attitude. When asking about a menu item, the employee couldn’t explain it correctly, gave inaccurate information, and responded with unnecessary attitude when I adjusted my order. Overall behavior was dismissive and unwelcoming. If staff cannot provide accurate information or treat customers respectfully, perhaps they should consider working somewhere where that behavior is acceptable.
8/09/2025@5pm. The service is extremely bad. The drive-thru cashier/ shift manager is a sourpuss and should be fired with a nasty, rude attitude, nonattentive, and sloppy appearance. I ordered Taco Bell and it was disgusting. I had to wait for my order and was asked to pull over to the side. I asked for sauce and she acted like she didn't want to walk back to get it. I love the staff at this location! Always humorous and friendly. Order has always been correct and fresh.
Im not sure what kind of meat they are using, (taste and smells like cat food) but it is not of the same quality as other stores in the area. Just threw away my little $8 to go to another location because they don't refund but will remake, but its the food itself. So basically paid for something I'm not going to eat.
Please take your business elsewhere!! This is the worst of the worst restaurants my family and I have given those place so many tries and everytime the food is old cold and u wait forever. All the people that work there are so hateful and rude. I habe tried to speak to the manager a couple of times with no luck. I habe had to reach out to corporate. But trust me nothing was changed.
