The service is horrible. I bought food to eat right there on the premises and asked for the restroom key—I am pregnant. The young man who helped me was very rude; he said they didn't have a key for the restrooms and that I just had to hold it. The treatment was terrible, especially for a paying customer. How is it possible that there are over five employees, yet not one of them has a key to the two restrooms? How do the employees use the restroom themselves?
