I have always loved Taco Bell. However this location in particular is awful. Usually very poor customer service and NOT mobile order friendly. My friend placed a mobile order and we were here before it was ready, and while waiting in the lobby, we watched FOUR people order and get their food before hers. Mobile ordering is supposed to be fast and convenient. This location prioritizes mobile orders VERY last.
Waited over 20 minutes for my online order. I told them my name as soon as I arrived and then they tried to blame me and say I hadn't "checked in." Completely disfunctional establishment. Update: Made the mistake of coming back here to pickup an online order. Went inside the lobby and was told it was closed so had to get in the massive drive thru line to pickup my online order. No option to refund or I would've just done that.
Pick a time to close your lobby, 9pm when the door says 11pm why is it locked? Why did big back lock the door when he seen me coming? Too lazy to serve outside the drive through? Comeon big back, where's the humanity
These kids that work there are rude . They messed up my order as they ALWAYS DO when I called and asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me
Credit cards weren't working so I ordered online, they tried to make me pay twice before realizing I had already paid. When I got my food they made everything standard instead of substituting steak like I had paid for. I spent years in food service and it's not complicated to read the notes before making the food.
