I HATE complaining. I work in the food industry so I understand when things get busy etc. But WHY 85% of the time I order I get hard and burnt nacho fries?! Is there something I should be doing/saying when placing my order? I just want them fresh. Waste of money every time I have to throw them out. :(

Worst chalupa! Hard and stale and cold! Plus 33 bucks for three people!
