The last few times I've put in an online order they let someone else take it and I end up waiting double the amount of time for my meal. The last time this happened I said I will just come back later then and I was told that they'd fix it. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:01, im writing this at 6:46 after checking twice since being told that and still nothing set out for my pick up.
