I go here all the time and the staff are always nice but today was different. One of the employees was pretty rude to me. He kept getting my name wrong and gave me a rude look when getting my food . He then forgot my drink, and when reminded, he gave me a watered-down drink. I'm still hoping this is a one-time thing.
I’ve eaten at dozens of Taco Bell’s, and maybe it’s just because it’s my hometown location, but they seem to get my order right, cooked to perfection, and out the door quickly pretty much every time.

The drive thru attendant asked if I was picking up an online order, to which I replied "No'. In spite of that, I was given a bag with an online order for "Randy 156d", which was not mine (I did not realize it until I got home). I was correctly charged for what I did order, but of course I never received it. Even the incorrect order I received did not match the contents listed on the label.
