I’m giving this location 3 starts on service because this location is suppose to be open at 9am but I’ve been here the last two times and the lady has the door closed. Today she said I needed to wait 5 more minutes and it was already 9:10am.
My friends and I had a horrible customer service experience here! The woman at the counter was extremely rude, first she wouldn't let us look at an order that she was mispronouncing to confirm it was ours and basically refused to give us our food because the name didn't match what she thought we would look like. She refused to let us use the bathroom and got into a verbal argument with us. I was so disappointed with the service and will never be back due to her extremely off putting attitude.

El servicio es pésimo no quiso tomar mi pedido el chico que estaba en el lugar, pedí la clave para el baño y no lo quiso hacer le dio un poco de rabia, el lugar muy bonito pero la atención pésima nunca volveré que horror
