Extremely slow，they told me there are 4 orders in front of mine, after 23 minutes, they told there are still 3 orders in front
I do not understand why it is so damn hard to have fries not be raw. Literally leave them the alone until the timer beeps and stop over crowding the fryer. The fried cost way too much for me to 1. Have RAW FRIES 2. HAVE TO THROW THEM AWAY
We came in at night like 8:00 and their kiosks were out so whatever. We ordered on the big screen and waited for about 5 to 10 minutes. The workers weren't doing anything so we asked about our order. They told us it basically didn't go through and we has to order again but our money would be refunded. That's a good thing but they could've just taken our order right there. Won't b going to Taco Bell for a while.
Very rude employee. Probsbly night manager. Very very rude. Disrespectful horrible attitude. Should not be working there at all.
