Tried to use my free taco coupons which i read wrong but after being informed the manager cruz was extremely rude and still declined to allow me to use the correct amount of coupons and told me that it was suspicious and said we need to learn how to read in spanish when i was in the car with two spanish speakers and he didn’t think we could understand
Normally this is our go-to Taco Bell and we have ordered here many times before. Tonight we had a really bad experience here. We mobile ordered food when leaving for work and it took us about 10 minutes to get to Taco Bell. We were waiting in line at the drive-through for another 10 minutes and when we got to the window they gave us our drinks and had asked us to go to the front and they would bring out our food. Manager extremely rude. I always order a side of beans for my daughter. Every other location has no problem providing a side of beans in the black side dish. Well she is insisting I have to pay for pintos and cheese just to get a side of plain beans. Why do I need to pay for cheese and red sauce, when I am only getting beans.
