Got cussed out saying I was a liar by a Hispanic woman on night shift because I didn’t receive my Cinnabon delights and came back up to this location to retrieve them. Won’t be coming back. The girl in the window saw me come thru the drive thru and she was nice.
I am extremely impressed with the remarkable transformation at this Taco Bell location. While I experienced some service and quality issues in the past, the difference under the new General Manager, Samuel, is truly night and day. The current level of customer service and food quality is outstanding. Furthermore, I want to specifically commend James; his customer service skills are exceptional, and he consistently ensures that every order is prepared to a high standard. This management and team are doing excellent work.
