Lady on the intercom had a horrible attitude when I corrected her about not wanting lettuce so I left. When you’re wrong it’s better to not have a snarky attitude and admit fault, especially dealing with peoples food.
Absolutely worst Taco Bell I have ever been to
I asked for three crunchy black BEAN tacos, and I was given beef. I am a vegetarian, so I had to throw out my food. Please teach your employees to ASK and CLARIFY "beef vs beans". I know it can be hard to hear, so ask to clarify. This is basic phone customer representative service. This is a chain known among vegetarians/vegans alike. Please ask so youre not serving meat to people who dont eat it.
