Staff was outgoing, knowledgeable, and kind. We ended up going back three times for the convenience.
This store was filthy. The handprints on the entry door should have told me to leave before ordering. The staff don't even acknowledge you just stand and look at you vs. engaging with you and speaking. The tables were so dirty several other customers commented as well. I will never do Taco Bell again as I ended up throwing away my nachos which were essentially crumbled pieces of tortilla chips with toppings just thrown on. The taco I had was mostly lettuce. I won't make this mistake again. Terrible location!
The staff member who helped us order, (Miley) was very friendly and helpful, helping me place.\nMy burrito order period. Because I couldn't read the menu. I can't read your menu at the drive through either. The kids get mad at me, because i'm slow. But if they want KFC/Taco Bell\nPaid for dinnerThey'll help me read the menu next time. My son got the popcorn chicken big box meal for ten ninety nine. It came with french fries a fountain soda , popcorn , chicken and two random tenders. With ketchup.
