We went through the drive thru. First they switched the employee working the drive thru as soon as we began ordering. Then, the freeze machine was broken, which isn't normal, but I understand things happen. Then we tried to order nacho fries which we were told they didn't have them and then a minute later said they had them. We always go here for the KFC part but overall a really terrible experience. Employees were literal idiots. This time sucked.
