[2025 Edit] MASSIVE improvement from years past. Staff appear to be properly trained on online/app orders, the drive thru line didn't feel stalled, and my order was fulfilled in very reasonable time. Well, it is Taco Bell. This particular store has good service- and the food is what it is!
Kids are nice. Food was ok. Not as good as I was hoping.
This is the fourth and final time I'll be ordering food at this Taco Bell. The drinks they sell and ship via Uber Eats come with no ice, no condensation and are ROOM TEMPERATURE. I live five minutes away, you know something is wrong when I can get a cold Pepsi from a Taco Bell in South Melbourne but not five blocks away. Absolute trash.
Do not order off the app at this location. They will not serve you... the worst taco bell I've been to.(38 yrs old from Orlando area) After 20 minutes waiting for my online order, watching people order off the kiosk, receive theyre order, was greeted "have you been helped" give them my name and NoTHING i walked out called corporate got my refund. Ate nothing for my "30 min lunch break"
