Ordered by app with pickup time, waited over 20 minutes after checking in
We picked up our mobile order in the DT and before we drove away noticed 2 items missing. My daughter went in to get our missing items and waited over 10 minutes with nothing. I went inside asking why it was taking 10 minutes for 2 fryer items. We had our items moments later and the excuse of being understaffed while another employee just stood there the whole interaction.
