Pulled in the drive through when it was my turn nothing waited over 3 minutes that I tracked after waiting I was saying hello, beeping my horn. Drove around to place my order. She told me the sensor doesn’t work for trucks and for me to drive around and try again instead of taking my order. Very rude and unprofessional
I wish I could give 0 stars. TERRIBLE customer service, worker was wearing an airpod, ignored me, brushed me off. I was there for 40 minutes for a crunchwrap and nacho fries, when the app said it was ready. They need to hire new workers because they are highly disrespectful and rude.
It just me, or is it insane to think people are so used to not having to do their jobs, that they act like it's a complete inconvenience to take your order?
