The food I ordered was wrong. There is know interaction with anyone. You have to order from a kiosk. The food we did get had hard rice in it .
This is a good, clean store with helpful, friendly staff. The food is good and generally what we order. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for a taco bell is the portions could be better. I generally order the same things at all stores and the other stores in Elkhart seem to be a little more generous with their ingredients. Otherwise, great store!
Don’t go inside as your order will be placed behind all drive thru orders. Went inside and had a line of cars in the drive thru. I ordered and paid and the same cars still in the same position. Every car had been served before I was. Waited 15-20 mins for 3 bean burritos. Fast food needs to stop catering to drive Thru and also managers should get bonus’ based off of just drive thrus.
Absolutely do not order mobile from this location. Every time I've ordered they've been 10 plus minutes above the estimated time. It would appear they prioritize the drive-thru line. I would assume that this is because they get checked / graded on how fast they get people through the drive-thru but nobody's actually checking to see how long any other orders take.
