They had the whole order completely wrong
If you are going to deny people the ability to get sauce packets, you probably shouldn't have them out for people to grab. I tried grabbing two sauces for a doordash order and was ordered to not do so. I was talked to like she was the boss of me and the managers attitude was so sour.
