The food was alright, but the customer service is the best part, the cashier was very kind and very polite
So far customer service was very good, the two cashiers were kind and the food was ok
I just went to get lunch with a friend, and wow the customer service is horrible the worse of Taco bell We place an order with the cashier he didn't have an idea what he was doing and the manager came to help him and the manager it self was worse and bad attitude plus he gave us the wrong order and missing part of the order, any ways definitely we are not coming back to this crap taco bell.
Well! first and last time. Never again not only we give our money. After we buy there the guy had the audacity to tell us to go ask for tap water to the “shake shack” Why he didn’t say that when we were ordering. He should tell us to go buy to the “shake shack”.
I ordered a chalupa supreme with no tomatoes and they game me a chalupa with a handful of tomatoes and GAME ME BEANS INSTEAD OF MEAT. Also forgot my chips and cheese!!! The kiosk I was using also bugged out and made we wait several minutes and then reset my order
