Stale nacho fries cold food I don’t mind waiting for hot food just a reminder why I don’t come here anymore
Literally ordered inside instead of the drive thru and waited over 45 minutes for my order. Meanwhile drive thru was moving along just fine. I ordered one meal. Maybe train your team to help the lobby as much as the drive thru. Absolutely insane
Waited for seven minutes for help (tried to be nice, I get that fast food can be rough) the guy finally noticed after my friend spoke up and asked for help. He said not a single word and gave us what we needed but he didn't even look at me. I tried being nice but the people who work here don't seem to care about anything or anyone. Work here if you want to get away with being a jerk to people, seems to be the perfect environment.
