Came here place a order at the drivethru, i waited for about 15 minutes for the person infront of me to place there like forever order.. and after they were finally finished i pulled forward and was asked if i was gonna use moble app, i said no. THEN outta nowhere a person pulls up to the drivethru next to me on the other screen and the man just took there order, i mean after i was waiting like i said FOREVER for the guy infront of me and i was NEXT. Management/ownership is the problem with this location. I witnessed 2 employees verbally fighting each while 4 customers were waiting for their food. The employees were working very hard and could feel the customers frustration. Any shift manager would help with drinks, stop fighting of employees, etc. This place hasn't been the same since it moved from balltown Road.. Also, the app is deceiving. They did get the size of my fries wrong but the worker Mia at the window was so nice that I can’t even be upset!! Big shoutout to the crew!
Mia is amazing and always has great customer service when checking me out at the drive thru window! Her smile is infectious and that location is lucky to have her!
Was waiting 20 minutes till someone finally came over to check me in than waited another 20 got no refund or anything h
