The guy in the drive thru during breakfast hours never repeats our order and just sticks his hand out for the money. Then proceeds to crumble the bag when giving us our order. We have gotten wrong items and destroyed food before with him. He acts like he doesn't want to be there. Completely rude tbh
So, I plan ed an onlinee order for breakfast. Arrived at store well before breakfast had ended and was told they were out of breakfast!? To top that, I was told I would need to contact the app to cancel order. I attempted that while standing in store. Guess what.... There is no way to contact anyone through the app whatsoever. Then I was tole to call 1800 taco bell, which I did and they do not answer phones on weekend. Poor service from all of taco bell.
