This Taco Bell started out busy the food was fresh made and hot… now the service has been terrible. 7 employees the worst service ever. Takes food orders to long to be completed. Whoever is leading this establishment needs to retrain. This Taco Bell will be closed due to lack of customers. Started out great now going the opposite direction.
At first, this location was doing well, then it went off the rails. Ordered delivery through the app last week and they didn't give me the cinnabons I ordered. I tried to call the listed number for the store and the call "could not be completed". So I called the 800 number and they offered me a $5 coupon because they left off what I had paid $6.99 for. Slow day with my vehicle being the only car in drive thru line. When I get home to eat my lunch my taco supreme had all the sour cream was on the outside.
