I was so glad when Ozark got Taco Bell back. Unfortunately, if they don't get someone who actually cares in there, we aren't going to be able to keep it. The customer service is basically non-existent. They focus almost solely on drive-through and pick up orders. I hope they get better service. We ordered from the kiosk, so there was no interaction with a person at all. Waited about 20 mins just to get the cups for our drinks. Waited probably another 10-15 for the food. I usually don’t do this but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN food was cold and I ordered a crunch wrap supreme no sour cream was nothing but lettuce basically barely any meat this was my FIRST AND LAST TIME EATING FROM HERE

First time visiting inside the Taco Bell. The food was okay, as expected. However, I think I will forever wonder why the "ground beef" in the food items is so mealy in texture and not much flavor anymore. I suspect there's some type of plant material in it, such as soy protein. Many years ago, Taco Bell meat tasted great and had real ground beef texture. Now, it is bland and so mealy.
